What do nurses wear? amung other q's?
I am a nursing student. Nurses can wear shoes? All rules of strange? What color is that they should be? And the problem? Special colors? Nurses to wear a jacket? Oh! Are your days as a hospital that allows nurses to pursue casual Friday? There are agencies that enable nurses to travel? N angencies RN travel nurse pay for men? As a nurse who specializes in a particular subject, such as ER or delivery? I have so many questions! :) Rules of clothing (including shoes) is usually determined by the workplace, ranging from one place to work. But as a general rule, no open shoes, which must be comfortable standing all day, and anti-slip (liquid handling!). On the other hand, my experience in medical school. acceptable attire is dictated by work, including color and style of shoe. I know Friday's practice for nurses in patient care. offered benefits vary from one employer to another nurse in further studies in certain areas, or to specialize, just by working in a clinic or hospital unit. Wardrobe vary depending on location - some hospitals, certain colors in certain departments, others do not. The basic scrubs wardrobe is a set of solid, with tops and pants in different styles to suit your body type: http://www.tafford.com/thumb.htm?tl=1&ldid=118&sdid=118&ddl=&RPP=24&Search = & CP = 1 Some places have prints you can show your personal style, others do not. I never thought I would say this, but, I need a makeover!?
I am a boy of 27 years. I am a nurse and worked as a nurse in an emergency for 5 years. Recently signed with a travel agent and I will be out temporarily move to California! Amid all this, I realize I had the same "style" since high school! I'm about 5'7 ", 175 lbs. Blonde hair, blue eyes green. Freezes the hair every day, in a kind of disorder in the short spiky do and I have a well-kept beard. In addition to scrubs, pants j love jeans, t-shirts and work clothes at all (many of whom are blue because they coordinate well with this color), ie, khaki and polo or casual button up. I want more mature, professional and relaxed.? style suggestions id be happy to go shopping: P lol.xx d 'can do much better, relaxed and above xx I think if you try Cali modern jeans with a polo shirt and you .recommend or Dockers shoes this problem for California. help (especially on the coast) Sorry Im not much, but if you want a fresh start, try before shaving goatee. It is about your inner self confidence and all that. If you have the mentality that you can be. Good luck! Do you have a fun time in Cali .

What is your definition of a travel or traveling job?
Moreover of.a) A full-time job with a lot of travel is it? Pilot for example, travel nurse, truck driver, etc, guide, journalist b) a working vacation? eg teaching English pair, au, picking fruit, seasonal jobs, Alaska, etc c) Freelancing when you travel? For example: Your writing, photography, design, translation, programming, or while traveling. d) Employment in the travel industry related - for example, guide and bus driver, an employee of the hotel, theme park official, the use of cruise ships, work, etc. e) volunteer? - Or is it completely out of context f) Business Travel Agency? Allowing people to travel and do business at the same time. Which of the above relate more to a "travel or business trip" or a combination of the above? The "tour" of work and a "tour" is not the same job. For me, a "journey" of a job in the travel industry (ie my work) and I would be especially for airlines, travel agents, tour guides instead resorting laborers or servants, amusement park, I should be on jobs in tourism, this class I work in the tourism industry because they are based organized into a permanent tourist attraction instead of a trip in the company. A "journey" from employment on the other side is a little harder to define. For me it means a) any work that you've probably during transportation and courage in an area you do not intend to say will be in seasonal work in Alaska, eating fruit and b) a job, you want to travel a lot, as necessary, ie a pair or maybe a truck driver. I would not call themselves (ie, photography or design) a change of jobs, is that for a period of time could be on the road, but at the same time, you could easily make one of these positions work, while staying in a place where not only their trip on their own. The answer depends on the definition used for the job description. And "this is a job that requires" trip "or is a work of" tourism industry "s"? Each of these may "need" for traveling employees. The first is the idea that a condition of employment requires the person to travel reporting, a salesman, the person needs to travel from town to town to sell something. The second describes a particular type of industry that may or may not make the trip of the worker. A travel agent can book flights for people on the phone, but can not be forced to work with the office. My wife cheated on me. I love her. How I can help her deal with the guilt and get past this?
Here situation.sorry if it is long: Some background info: Met at the age of 19, we are now both 28 th We married after a year and a half years of dating. In this year and a half, I had no physical sex with her because I knew that if she really was the person to marry me so that I could ask her as a woman and maintain. In all rate.after three years before she became pregnant with our first child, now a 5-year-old boy who we love so much. So a few years later she gave birth to our 3-year-old daughter. This woman I love has given me the two special gifts I've ever been on earth. Time was followed and we went through the education of our children and try both, full time / part time job work. Somewhere along the way, we were more sensitive to each others' needs and responsive to the needs of our children. Somewhere in the eight years that we have together, I started taking her for granted almost as a child her mother had been taken for granted. I expected to do much, worked full time and expected to work almost full time and most children in primary care. No wrong.I took charge of my children and loved them, but only when I had really. However, I am sure you understand my point after pass. Throughout my marriage, I felt I could never cheat on my wife and I ever. This is not to say I've never thought of another woman in a sexual or pornography to watch, because I do not (I do not like to keep my instinctual needs it.but). My wife, on the other hand I knew it was a good person and do not deceive me or watch pornography. It sa great mother, wife and friend. Recently, we decided to try a new lifestyle to travel across the United States. Our first destination, we decided it was in Florida for the winter, especially since the mother lives there and cancer, because my wife is depressed in the winter. So I found a job there as a union electrician and a nurse he met the contract because she is a nurse (the nursing program, now) while working on his new hospital in FL your coach or teacher in the emergency room was a 31-year-old. Through collaborative efforts, which flirted with her.casually and friendly. It then began to ask another nurse for her phone number. Of the things that got out of control, and out at intervals and kissing in the parking lot or talk and text, etc, etc. As a new job and where I was tired of new people, as he spoke. One night she sent me a message asking if I could go to breakfast after working with some other nurses. At first I said no, because I do not feel comfortable with it to build relationships in a temporary location that was only three months. Later that night I sent a message back and said it would be nice to have coffee with other nurses. i have decided to become a travel nurse. How do I get started and which agency do you recommend and why?
Array not understand what you mean by a "traveling" nurse. Please explain. I saw an ad for services HRN. www.hrnservices.com seems there are some serious advantages to it. I looked at listings in AJN or Nursing 08, compare what they offer in their ads and give them a call. Keep a list of prepared questions and record your answers. Things like that their responsibilities are, the time commitment is, what types of benefits they have, etc. Once you have compared the responses also listen to your intuition. I can not suggest any bodies, so I got my start on the road before it was carefully about travel agents. I'm not aware of any companies.but for me, pay and benefits are that you will attract. If you find any companies that are planning to start again, you can also try the control of the Better Business Bureau to see if they had complaints against them. Make sure that you get with a reputable company. Good luck to you. If you already RN? Are you a new degree or professional experience? It can not be a passenger without at least one year working in an acute treatment more than it if you want to work in a field. Just start to contact authorities (sorry, I have no recommendations because I do not go) and find nationwide. Allnurses.com have some great message boards where you can probably find some good resources for other nurses who have raised. They will work better with a greater freedom of action because they are relatively better deal, better facilities, better benefits, etc. Ask the agencies whose names the nurses are, as you call for references and do your research. Check the Better Business Bureau, if every company you are looking for all the complaints against them. Good luck!.

I want to be a travel nurse! What's the best agency to work for?
I must say that the military parent. The Air Force also pay for their education. Hi, is currently a nurse? What is your experience? I recommend some of the nursing journals and the supervision of different organisms. There are local organizations to recruit and then there are the large organizations that can place almost anywhere (which is where they have contracts) in the United States. Where would you like to work - that the United States and specialty - NICU, CCU, etc? I worked for an agency for a short period of time - but only locally - as a means of checking the various hospitals when I moved to the State. (There were 10 to 12 years of experience in intensive care). Currently I have a friend who worked as a travel nurse - who has just completed a mission in California (cath lab nurse) and is back for a short time - is believed to be in Alaska. It can be a very interesting and rewarding career. Contact me - I can send some information on advisory bodies.

What should I do after I graduate from nursing school this upcoming Spring?
I graduated with a degree in four years in nursing, arriving in May 2010. I have to decide what to do after graduate. My goal is to become an ER nurse, helping people, and traveling the world. I think of military nursing ED, or pick up and move to a hospital that offered me a position ED. Anyway I will eventually become a travel nurse agency world then I'm comfortable with my level of experience, or doctors without borders or something. What should I start doing well? I'm leaning toward the side of military pay and benefits are more visible and would be able to travel off the bat, and would be great to learn to shoot a gun and stuff, but we know nothing about the commitment.

About to graduate from nursing school, what do I do next?
My goal is to become a nurse, helping people and traveling around the world. I think a military emergency nursing, or pick up and go to hospital for the position of me. But I want to become a travel agency in the world after the nurse comfortable with my level of experience, or Doctors Without Borders or something. What should I start doing so? I lean toward the military for pay and performance seems better and I like to travel off the bat, and it would be good to learn to shoot a gun and the others, but I can not compromise. I get my BSN, RN

Nursing advice about my future! Please help!?
My goal is to ED, a nurse, helping people, and travel the world. I think the military ED care, or pick up and go to a hospital that will offer me an ED position. Anyway I will complete a global travel nurse after I feel comfortable with my level of experience, or Doctors Without Borders or something. What am I doing good? I tend toward the military side of the pay and benefits are more visible and I could travel the bat, and it would be cool to get a gun and such a fire, but I do not know about engagement. I am a senior and will have my BSN in May 2010 I am not saying the military is for everyone, but if you can get paid to go to nursing school and the military is an option for you, I'd say go for it. A warning though: is nursing. You can not find a nursing position in the ED. Some hospitals employ a nurse and then tell the nurse when they travel to work on the basis of guilt necessary, but you can not just military. Everything is free! Look seriously into the Army and your commitment and that all parties concerned before a decision. Other options would be to work a job as a nursing student while you are enrolled in nursing school. That would give you a good experience and help you decide you want to work where you are. I work in a hospital now and my favorite, but I was a swimmer when I first made my time at school to understand what I like best. IS nurses in high demand in the region where I live (Indiana) and with nurses traveling, but if you have any experience prior to the end, it is not always the best place to start. Nurses and students were in the emergency room is the most successful. So it's something to think about. Good luck to you!.

I have some questions about travel nursing?
Does your agency to pay for the tickets needed to get there is much paperwork you have to run from state to state what it means? I would like some questions How much do you usually get paid per hour issues? What places have you been? How long are you staying? How often do you work? I hear agencies often offer free accommodation, so I think a lot of money you save? What is the worst thing about your job? What is the best? Did you choose where to go? What kind of nurse are you? What kind of education do you have? What do you do to be transported to a new car? Tired? or have your office and how the house? on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate the quality of the apartments that you specify what is the best place you been to? it worse? How they treat the nurses who worked in a busy hospital, a nurse? Would you ever consider joining an international travel nurse?

Travel nursing rights?
I worked as a nurse to travel for the last six months with an agency that provides me with accommodation. After the contract with the hospital's me with the Agency has been able to find me a new job. Now threatened to throw me in the apartment with my two children without a job or place to go. My recruiter said that if I leave the apartment they will soon be cut off from food and / or water service. The Office can get away with this? Traveling nurses no rights? Will try to ask this question in law enforcement, they would know. What does your contract with the State Agency? Do you have any type of employment contract with the agency or hospital that was home to stay after the expiry of the contract? If not, you probably want to move out, and soon. This is a contract position, you must review the contract and see what they say.

traveloing nursing jobs,do you have to be licensed in each state you work in?
I can see that the development of this agency promoting travel jobs for nurses who travel from CNA's RN, surgical techniques, etc., and I wonder, did you go and get in each state to work under license, and if so, Staffing Agencies fit In general, it is for you? Yes you should be allowed for each country, and it would be up to you to put what and / or filling out paperwork, would not it be the authority. Yes, you are in any state you work in. You have to do paperwork for a license. Yes you do, however, that the Agency will work to help you pay for your purchase a license and usually for licensing. Most states do not require review either the "Yes, if you do not live in one of these compact states! You just have to take the NCLEX-RN, if you pass. CNA can be a different story!

Anyone know of any agencies that hire new grad Rn's as traveling nurses?
I'm about to move from nursing school and am very interested in becoming a travel nurse. Does anyone know of any organizations that take on new graduates to enter the United States? Any help would be great, thanks! I've never found one. Agencies need at least one year of experience and in fact may question if you have only one year. The best thing is to find a job in acute care, such as ER and remain there until you can get an employment. A year seems a while, but in reality this is not the first aid and give more experience I can think of a number of years of time. Sorry, I can not help on the road each first lot, but hey! AVI (invited the Association of Nurses), Colchester Vermont Charter tour and travel nurses. I used to work as a nurse visit in 2001. Maybe you should give then a call. 1 - (802) 658-1900. Good luck! With the shortage of nurses, many travel agencies to hire. There are many places that are prepared in an attempt to keep a train of persons are permanently if you get a magazine as nursing RN, there are several ads for online travel companies or research institutions.

Nursing shortage in UK or Not?
I'm confused. I am RN in the U.S. who work for everything to come to Britain to work as a nurse through a travel nurse agency to get. Half the time I hear "it was a big failure" and the other half I hear "many well-educated nurses are unemployed so happy." It is enough to make a person had to swim. The Office is wonderful, but when I keep getting different opinions on the job that sounds shady at best. So is there or is there a nursing shortage in the UK? I got my bachelor with a number of postgraduate courses, if that makes any difference. Jen is more nurses thanks to this Labour government than under the Conservatives, but the odd few people want the Tories back. There is always a need for nurses in both the NHS and the private sector. Come on. A link to the website of the Royal College of Nursing, which is the main professional organization in the UK, I do not know how much information you give to non-members, but you can see the vacancies, of course, the question is how Many candidates tend to be works has been some work on nurses registered unemployment in 2006, but do not know what the current situation, you can search for "the lack of nursing staff" and "Nursing unemployment, prospects for nursing "and others, and see if anything happens. I am a nurse in South Africa with over 12 years expirence, especially in support of the trauma and life. I do not apply in the UK, but was told there was no need to present someone with my skills and my request to that effect obtained is lower. I went to Australia instead, and I think now if the option much better! Hello, there are many times when there is a shortage of nurses, but I have not felt a little bit. " There is always a task for a qualified nurse, you are particularly midwives, is that the short-Columbia. Yes, if I seek opportunities to use, it is still very little busy. I work at the emergency room and when we use a position, we have 100 + applicants. nursing jobs are scarce, although many of us left / Emigration / retirement. There is however a big difference in NHS funded care / nursing homes, all located in occupied foreign nurses bodies such as British nurses do not apply to these posts because of poor working conditions, nurse patient ratio, danger, etc. It is also worth remember that Britain is free healthcare for all, the state taxes, which means that the government should restrict the use of the nurses because they can not afford too many of us funded! Not that they have much at first. A bachelor's degree will make you desirable, you compete with other newly qualified nurses. How soon can a new grad RN work for a staffing agency as a travel nurse after graduating?
Array told me that you may have to spend a year working as an ER travel nurse job. Cat is not quite sure tho agency may have to call one and ask what reccomend.good luck! In my state, you can go to work immediately after new grads.from 30-60 liscensure.we several dollars an hour, must be graduates of accredited health professionals in the United States or Canada. You must also provide a valid license or certificate and proof of right to work in the United States. It is better to have a minimum of 18 months to two years of professional experience in a specialty / acute care facility. Nurses are also made available in the areas of specialized travel nursing, not medical-surgical general. Hospitals are required to pay a considerably higher price they pay for travel RN for nurses in the region. That said, when asked a nurse in intensive care, usually want a nurse with experience in intensive care. The travel RN positions are more common in the ICU or NICU, L & D and ER Trauma / to improve their skills as a travel RN, you should try to work for a year or two places in one of these areas. For more information, contact the nurse at the travel agency for your individual needs and requirements. You do not have to spend a year at the emergency room before you travel. There are opportunities for all soil types of nursing care and jobs for physical therapists and support staff. There are several major travel companies that are trustworthy, but also small companies are not so well known. Most reputable companies do not take it like a traveler without at least 2 years experience. Most hospitals will not accept infants under one year of experience. Honestly, it's for your own safety. Your liscence is on the line every day. As a traveler exepected yoru to land on his feet and run with little guidance. You should be very comfortable in their abilities. It is this new degree will receive a thorough orientation with an experienced teacher and happiness-the first two years of compulsory flying!.

Does anyone know of any travel agency that will hire a new graduate lpn . I live in NC but have considered TN?
I NCLEX soon and if I do, I have made him a travel nurse, but how much experience should I take right? I went straight back to get my RN. Is there any indication that it is online or through a real class setting.I considered moving to Memphis Tennessee area. I actually called and requested applications from different homes. All knowledge can make all should think very appreciated.I, I really have to run in a by-puff earthworks or make travel companies to offer new degree system mentors? GEICO Traveling nurses must be experienced. Call and speak with an agency, as much as they look. Also ask if they use LPNs. Good luck. They are not many people you have no experience with car rental. Fresh out of school that you really need either directly in a field or go on a MED Surg floor. Let me tell you why it is not just good for your employer, but also good for you. Nursing will only prepare you just go into the real world and not hurting anyone, is your real experience of work on site and is solely responsible for your patients. If you have a travel nurse, you tell the hospital where you are competent enough to be supervised on your own with a minimal amount of training completed. Believe me, if I am fresh from Nova Scotia, you are not ready to say to say. Would you experiance the company over a year, but I would recommend having 2-three years. I started like you, so I was an LPN CNA BSN rn then. To answer the next part of your question, I notice that you go to a great school to become a rn. when I started this journey I was so scared that I went to university would not even recognize my LPN degree. I had to take nursing classes as everyone in the street. they would not even let me out of med Surg attitude of course. so I had to start again, was not even ready to make this a reality remotely rn implies, is a much higher level of expectations and education is necessary. at the end of my studies I could see clearly because my title was not recognized IAA. Hope this helps and good luck with your efforts. you really need to get the RN license before a travel agency consider hiring. I do not know of any that hire LPNs .

how can i become an international travel nurse?
I have companies that recruit nurses for national holidays observed positions, but there is support for some form of international travel? I think you have to specialize in tropical nursing, but check with the red cross, they should be able to give you all the necessary information first fortune. You must be a registered nurse. if you check here in the U.S., but only with health care workers, as many opportunities to travel to Britain, New Zealeand, Hawaii, etc., but no one in the Philippines, however. First, you must be a registered nurse. Local hose is floating a plus. For more information, http://www.healthcaretraveler.com/healthcaretraveler

question about being an RN and Travel Nurse?
ok I'm interested in becoming a nurse when she leaves school and wants to be a neonatal nurse (who works with the newborn) and I was wondering when I got my RN and was a program and put everything in it if trained for that position. I will also be a travel nurse, you have to be in the local hospital, or when you have at least one year? It is also true that travel agents are paid by nursing homes, and travel unless you want to live on their own and do not share the apartment? and you have to choose what city and state you want to go? When you go to school nurses who are trained in all types nursing.pediatric, surgery, psychiatry, obstetrics, and so on. You do not usually have the chance to choose their place of work, but the department. has openings. As travel.it'd better have some experience behind you first. When you register with the agency to let you know that the openings are and decide if you want the alternative assignment {} does not work, in general, are in place in some kind of accommodation as far of yours origin and is temporary. It sa great way to see the country as long as you have no spouse or children at home. Good luck! Most organizations want to at least 6 months to a year of experience. You must have one year of experience before I go, expecting a passenger got to the bottom. Agencies pay for housing and mileage. They try to find a job in the city you want to work and to interview by phone for the job. My mother has traveled for nearly five years and loves it. Be prepared for a lot of cold shoulders, the most difficult patients, and many floating floors! Usually, a nurse from one year to any travel agency I have heard. Travel Nursing Rights, help?
I travel with this company for patient care, work three days and I decided dissatisifed with the system. (Do not get all the details). The agent said that I wanted to terminate the contract. Everything I have been a test for the days I work, and the case in three days I was working scholarship. I had no advances or bonuses. The contract does not say where the sentence to end early. You try to tell me that I can "cost problems, I am responsible and" get back to me tomorrow. "If the contract is not, and I have nothing true but what I should I be OK? I'm really stressed. Someone enlighten us?

I'm thinking about travel nursing since I'm single with no kids.how do I go about checking out agencies?
Array I'd check google "travel nurses" or something similar, and ensure that each speaker biz. receive all the care and the magazine has 100 added to the rear of travel nursing! Good luck Just "Travel Care" search, you should get lots of information from various places. I work at a hospital, and I know some people who are interested. I used to travel nursing agency. You can call 888-800-1855. The company is called TravelMax.They are very good. You can also call the Emerald Travel Nursing. They are really good. (800) 917-5055

Is this a realistic expectation about travel nursing .?
I am working to become an RN now. My husband is a schoolteacher, was out. I like to travel. Nobody knows how it might be difficult for me to find a travel nursing job somewhere, like Hawaii, Florida, California, in the UK (overseas is it possible?) Throughout the summer? And these organizations allow you to move your family to live with you in case you provide? I've searched the travel agency sites already, but I heard someone in the industry could experience at first.

How do you get into travel nursing? Is a staffing agency the best way to go or is there something else?
Recruitment companies think in terms of finding good employment.Whats take your unreliable? There are many travel nursing companies. You have to go through it, just do a Google search to find them. My sister found an agency in the backseat of an AJN. I think it's important to ask about assingment. How long they are and how many have current openings. In these times, I can only imagine that increases the need for RNA. I think you will find more options in long-distance care. Good luck!

What travel nurse agencies pay top dollar and have the best benefits?
I am a nurse of 16 years of experience. I work at a large hospital in the floating pool and make lots of money. I am currently re-improvising wage conditions and the pool of nurses lose some money and make more money. Do the high dollar and the feeling that going to be one of the most lose money. Travel nursing sounds better. What organizations are paying a high price and have the most benefit? What are the agencies to better deal with employees and not to "hold your hand" for new travel nurses? What are the most profitable areas of the country? It's the best 'to start as a nurse in a hospital trips big or small? There are many companies out there for nurses to travel and highly competitive. Involve all contracts to be prepared. You will need to discuss the types of services available to the recruiter, as each state has specific needs and areas where help is needed. I can recommend a good option: Travel Nurse across America. They treat their nurses well and truly supports-1-800-240-2526. I had some experience with them and it was fantastic. Ask Mary F. Keep recruits his current position as a PRN for solo missions. This is for taxes and save you the trouble. View Traveltax.com for more information. Falstaff is if you use the money first. In my mission trip experiences, I have heard enough about Falstaff nurses make more than $ 100k/yr. OnAssignment is another good. You can sign up for both agencies to expand their opportunities for travel assignments elsewhere. The best places that pay better are usually the major cities of California, Nevada, Texas, New York. States that receive more "M" salary tax (TravelTax.com). Large hospitals and small companies have different systems to get to the doctor, nurse training, hospital admissions, floating.I I noticed it is much safer in a large teaching hospital because of new equipment, staff / carers / management / events / tasks are generally well organized, fair and less superficial, it is very safe, an initial task to start in a large teaching hospital after my opinion. Some small organizations in different countries can provide a higher hourly rate, so the larger plants because of high demands. The advertiser can Fastaff Weekly e-mails to alert them. hourly wage is higher than the premiums because the premiums will be taxed into oblivion. I'm not sure about some of the "hand-holding." It really depends on your recruiting officer. He or she would travel through the nursing process paperwork on foot. You're on your own practice when you start work. When you start your work at the hospital, there is a supervisor in a day or two walk-through orientation. Face Off. how do you become a independent contractor as a RN or start your own Travel nursing agency?
I'm still on what is lost by an independent contractor. I just do not know where to start. Can someone explain this in more detail for me. Due to the scope of the two equal but different! As an independent contractor all you need is a written agreement, and remember that you are responsible for your own ss and 401ks! But as a company you'd better get to writing a business plan and then to the local SBA for assistance in the form of loans or other help! Independent contractor, you do not work for a company. They work for themselves. So tell everyone that you're available for work. If they call you, is how you get paid. As long as you have a license, you can get to work. Starts today. You can pay $ 10 to www.GODADDY.com or Yahoo to buy a domain name. Then open your own website to promote themselves.

I am interested in travel nursing! Can anyone give me the pros and cons of R.N.'s and travel agencies?
I have a nurse since 2000. Any advice is greatly appreciated! May God bless you always! My husband is a respiratory therapist travel. We did it in 2 1 / 2 years. He has to travel an enjoyable and fun, and paid for it. We've even been in Hawaii for four months. I would say that the benefits would not put up with the political BS hospial you worked for a say in the contract in connection with your days and tours, $ $ and pay for accommodation, meals and travel expenses. The disadvantages are that it can be lonely, somewhere over the months, not knowing many people do not see your family and friends who have health insurance when the transfer housing is not substandard. It was quite an experience but we are ready to leave now. Hope it helps. Practitioners will always need, but here is my answer to the agency side of your career.
