traveloing nursing jobs,do you have to be licensed in each state you work in?

I can see that the development of this agency promoting travel jobs for nurses who travel from CNA's RN, surgical techniques, etc., and I wonder, did you go and get in each state to work under license, and if so, Staffing Agencies fit In general, it is for you?
