Nursing Travel Agencies

My goal is to become a nurse, helping people and traveling around the world. I think a military emergency nursing, or pick up and go to hospital for the position of me. But I want to become a travel agency in the world after the nurse comfortable with my level of experience, or Doctors Without Borders or something. What should I start doing so? I lean toward the military for pay and performance seems better and I like to travel off the bat, and it would be good to learn to shoot a gun and the others, but I can not compromise.
